Our Buttermilk is real pure buttermilk, it is the luscious dense liquid left over from churning our fabulous cultured butter. The buttermilk you find on supermarket shelves is not buttermilk at all, it is a cultured skim milk product.

Buttermilk is a Probiotic food. These contain living microorganisms, that can survive the passage through the stomach and become active in the intestines.
